Group Session
We offer children a safe and secure place to have fun and relax whilst also building resilience in a group setting. The sessions are undertaken by trained professionals from within the teaching, mental health and social care sector.
Each session begins with a relaxed but stimulating sensory activity such as:
- Slime making
- Designing a worry monster
- Fidget spinner designs
- Making Play -Doh
- Magical potion making
- Relaxation
The children are then set fun activities which are often fiddly and require skills such as problem solving and debating, as well as working alone or as part of a team. Some tasks may require lots of energy or the ability to be calm and self-soothe.
These then give us a window in to a child’s natural ability to solve problems and express emotions. We then work with those children to explore their emotional intelligence further, in order to create curiousness as individuals and as a team.
We work together as a collective to support the development of those ‘Eureka’ moments, harness understanding of the self and each other and provide effective strategies to support each child moving forward.

1:1 Sessions
Carried out by our professionally trained team of counsellors and psychotherapists, these immersive sessions taken place in a space that feels secure to a child and at a time that works for them.
These 1:1 sessions are available to children who have already accessed the small group support and are in need of further intervention but are unable to access it in a timely manner from other services.
